“Helen Hall Public Library is the cleanest and most well organized public library that I have been to. The majority of the time they have the resources that I am looking for. Their books are in great condition. They also offer scanning, faxing, and printing (For a cost). Their computers are in good condition. They offer a great children section with plenty of books and a staff personnel to assist with anything. The only thing that I could ask more of is happier emplyees. There are a few employees that smile, but many of them do not. Fear not! That does not make them unhelpful, because they are!”

“Nifty little self service spot tucked away at the end of the hall.....but don't bother the lady in the adjacent magistrate's office....????she becomes agitated, rude, unhelpful, turns into an Ogre then closes and locks the door back and turns up her music.... ewww (the other staff throughout the building did seem helpful✌)”

“This library is extremely clean, well kept, organized, has plenty of GREAT books & movies , and always has something going on to get the children involved. However, I'm giving four stars because the staff seems to be very blunt (borderline rude to say the least) when asking certain questions, as if I'm supposed to know the answer. When I asked for help finding a law book I was told to "look it up on the computer book directory", & given some book numbers.) Mind you this was my FIRST time at this library. My husband and I just moved into town! Then when I called to tell them that i may be a day late in returning the items, bc my husband would have the truck that day. Her response was "if you bring them in before 10:00 you won't be considered late, but if you walk through the door at 10:01 I will have to charge you a late fee NO exceptions. I just find them a little snooty sometimes, although, they are sweet other times. This is just my experience all together its a great library with excellent content.”

“Not so quiet when the place is over 2/3 full but still able to get work done. The study rooms and computer lab allows for group projects to take place in peace. The writing lab is the best place to go get help on papers. ”

“Love, love, love my local library and all the people working here! The staff is always so helpful and friendly, and recognize me on sight with a wave or a smile. I appreciate all the staff does every day to make this a great library - especially the front desk staff who are always ready with a smile (Hi Cliff!) even when they are busy and overwhelmed with people.”

“Our first visit today. every one was very nice and welcoming and they have some cool clubs for kids. I wish they let you check out more books, but maybe they have been burned in the past. But so far my kids like it so, we will be frequenting this library often. ”

“I love this library. It is small, but perfect. If you have a child that loves to write and journal then this is the place to go. They have a journaling club there that is wonderful and lead by the most amazing person. I cannot wait for my kids to grow up so they can do the same as I did. It has been going on for over 12 years now!”
