The service staff is very prompt, kind, and informative. The girls at checkout are fabulous and kind. Charlie is great! He never hesitates to make sure I am comfortable while I wait. He always asks how car is and if there is anything that I have questions about. He is so personable and has great communication skills. You have an asset in the service department with him. Thank you Blake Utter. I did not buy my car here because they did not have what I wanted at the time, but they could not be more attentive to me and my needs with my vehicle. I will buy my next car from Blake Utter. Great dealership, with hard-working, honest, and kind employees!

The quick Lane team to very good care of me. This is the kind of service I used to get from other dealers years ago. The art of customer service has been lost over the years but not here. I highly suggest it's worth the trip even if you're not local to utilize this dealer services.

No complaints! I purchased a used specialty vehicle, 17’ Shelby GT350, for a fair price that was as described visually. I can’t speak to its longevity as I have only had it for 3 days at the time of this review (I will update as time passes). My sales lady, Becky, was very kind, it felt like I’ve known her for years! They also stayed past closing time on a Friday afternoon to make the sale. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and hopeful the car runs as good as it looks long-term! We are Ford enthusiasts and this makes our third Ford Performance vehicle, and completes our collection (Raptor, Shelby & Explorer ST). We traveled from a small country town between Baton Rouge and Hammond Louisiana to purchase, about 8.5 hrs away!
