I trust Dr. Floyd completely; he will talk to you even when he has a busy schedule, discussing anything you wish. He checked on me every day for a week in the hospital after surgery and made sure I received anything I needed medically and for my comfort. Great staff > after my hospital discharge I needed another CT scan and another office said the soonest I could get one would be over a week later. His receptionist, Dawn, agreed with me that it should be done much sooner and worked several hours and relentlessly, until she found an imaging company that do it the next morning. Most people in her position would have dismissed it completely and gone home at shift's end. My grateful thanks to Dawn!

First and foremost the office staff is very friendly one of the friendlier staffs in TMC just my personal opinion. They're all great but his staff went over and beyond to just be courteous and kind. The doctor is friendly, understanding and easy to communicate with and takes all the time to answer any and all questions/concerns. I trusted my surgery to be in his hands. I had an incisional hernia as the result of Laproscopic gallbladder removal 3-4 years ago. The hernia gradually increased, caused pain when air was trapped and eventually took the place of my belly-button. I was referred to Dr Floyd by my primary doctor, who had nothing but great things to say. I am thankful because then entire experience was great from the consultation to the follow-up. Dr Floyd is easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions. He performed Robot Assisted Laparoscopic hernia repair and I had very little pain (managed with OTC pain relievers) or downtime. I will definitely recommend Dr Floyd to anyone looking for a good general surgeon!
