“If you need a dentist in Whitesboro Texas I highly recommend this dentist office. First of all the inside is one of the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing medical offices I've been in so the picture they have on Google does them no justice at all - or at least as of today's date which is February 9th of 2021. At any rate I needed the dentist and was in pain. I had neglected seeing the dentist. I called to schedule an appointment and they knew I was in pain. They did everything they could to schedule me as soon as possible. On the day that I was scheduled to see them they called me early that morning- I was scheduled in the afternoon, they advised me that if I was in pain they'd like to see me earlier because if they needed to get something done and that's what I would choose to do there wouldn't be any time left to do it that day I'd have to wait till the next day...and be in pain longer - I was in pain and took them up on it immediately! And they were a busy office when I got there with plenty of patients so I felt like they were so very considerate it's not like hey we're not busy you know so we can call Shawn up it's like hey this dude's in pain let's get him over here and help him even though they were already busy as they could be. So after looking at my mouth I had a bad tooth fortunately they told me the rest of my grill was in pretty good shape. I was happy to hear that, but I did have to see the oral surgeon for the tooth that was causing me pain- which is red River Oral Surgery- Dr. John Hornberger. They scheduled me an appointment with Dr. Hornberger that was made available immediately after I left their office that morning. I just can't say enough good about their attention to detail, their diligence, the consideration to call me after they had already arranged their schedule to see me earlier, their professionalism how comfortable both of their offices were and they are more affordable dentist than I expected. Anyway once they got me seen I wasn't in pain any longer. I wasn't in pain for my dental procedure. I followed the doctor's directions and healed up within a few days and feel great. If you need a dentist in Whitesboro Texas this is who you want to call.”
