Brookdale Willows Sherman is a total "Class Act" in every way. Knowing my mother is here - safe, happy and taken care of - gives me such peace of mind. We are so grateful!

BROOKDALE HAS MADE TRANSITIONING MY MOM INTO ASSISTED LIVING MUCH EASIER THAN I would have ever dreamed. The staff has been like family and that has allowed me to work and live very normally. I truly have not one complaint about out time associated with Brookdale. We have had nothing but kindness and respect shown to us . I find everyone there trustworthy, caring, friendly and professional. My Mom is happy and done well there under her circumstances. I cannot stress that being kind when working with others fosters relationships and if you want to build one with them , this is the place to go. I will go as far as saying they have been a big blessing in both of our lives.

Brookdale Willows has been a very pleasant experience for my family and my mom. When you walk inside you immediately feel welcome and at home. My mom is very picky about food and she always talks about how great the food tastes. The staff have always been available for questions and help. Brookdale Willows just has an overall wonderful feeling.

It’s been almost one year since I moved mom from her home of 17 years. The staff, from the start, made mom feel welcome and secure. They are very supportive and understanding with mom’s mental well being (dementia). Over the last several months the team at Brookdale are always striving to involve mom in activities/events. The staff has also welcomed mom’s little schnauzer, Princess Polly, into the community. Everyone is attentive to mom’s needs and Polly’s too. Thank you!!

I am so happy that we chose Brookdale Willows Sherman for my mom. As soon as we walked in the facility, we felt comfortable. Everyone was kind and welcoming. It is clean, everyone is well cared for, and they offer many activities. Mom has been there for about a month. It was such a difficult decision to make the move, but she adjusted so quickly and actually said after the first week that she hadn’t cried once and she didn’t think she was going to. That speaks volumes for the staff and her sweet neighbors. Tyler, Sarah, Heather, Mike, Shauna, and Cari have all been wonderful. They all take a genuine interest in each resident and have created a family atmosphere. I trust the staff at the Willows to take great care of my mom. We couldn’t be happier!
UPDATE.... my mom has been at Brookdale Willows for 5 months now. She absolutely loves it. Every staff member knows mom’s preferences and interacts with her with such genuine care. They have created a fun, respectful, safe, loving environment. Mom feels at home and enjoys the many activities available. She is flourishing and enjoying wonderful new friends and fun activities. Family was invited to dinner last night to showcase the new chef. The food was delicious! This is by far the best assisted living facility I’ve seen!
