Cedar Hallow has been a huge blessing to my family. It all started when I walked in to just look around before putting my dad in a short term care facility after an extended hospital stay. I had already looked at 3 other places and very discouraged by the other places. Then I walked into Cedar Hallow and met Mrs Vickie the receptionist. She was very pleasant, welcoming, and informative. Walking through with Mrs Vickie gave me peace about placing my dad there. After my dad was there for a couple weeks it just happened that I needed to place my mom as well and they worked it out that she could be with my dad which was amazing. Mrs Vickie was just the tip of the iceberg. My parents nurse Aqua, PTA Windy, NA Mollie were all very professional and went above and beyond to care for them. Having no idea how to navigate elder care was hard until I met ADON Michelle and Alaina the social worker who both are very good at their jobs. They both helped to equip me to confidently and competently make decisions to help my parents with managing their future care. This is the only place that I would trust with my family. If they need care in the future, we would definitely come back. Great place.
The staff at Cedar Hollow has done a remarkable job helping and caring for my brother. A couple weeks ago I was sure he was going to pull thur what appeared to be a stroke after a fall. Two weeks later, he is up looks very good talking out in the hall in his wheel chair. They really care from their hearts and it shows. This is one of the cleanest and well maintained facilities I have been in.
I want to shout out, Ronnette Goodman. When I first toured Cedar Hollow, she was very friendly, answered all my questions and did that as I just walked in one day in February 2023, without an appointment.
Since then I have had her help many times as I continue to navigate my responsibilities as Temporary Guardian for my cousin, Linda Sue Clay.
I not only have met a person dedicated to her work, I have made a friend for life. She has called back, emailed and sent text messages to keep me in the loop during my cousin’s stay. I will highly recommend your facility because of her and other members of your staff.
I am so grateful I placed my uncle there a few weeks ago. He is on the long term care side and the nursing staff and aids are doing a wonderful job. I cannot say enough good things. There are so many daily activities that promote socialization for them. Music, Harp therapy, exercise and much more.
