Second time working with Tom Groves at K&M. Tom has always responded promptly to any concern we had. He worked with the adjusters to see that all needed repairs were covered. He kept up us to date on the scheduling of materials and work. Work was completed to our satisfaction.

We had our roof replaced this summer by K&M and the new roof is awesome! They were fast and friendly while they were here. There was a mishap with my car but the whole team (it seems) was willing to help us get that fixed. Alicia is an absolute angel and Rudy is a professional with keeping his customers’ needs at the forefront. We have recommended to friends already.
