Chris was our go to guy. We have never own a home before or went threw a large repair need. Chris took us by the hand and told us what to expect and what not to expect. He took care of all the paperwork and dealing with the adjuster. He was the greatest. He went above call of duty and even allowed us to interrupt his family dinner time to answer all questions. I would like to say thank you to Chris and to his family for being understanding.
