    I was referred to Randy from another agent. After having a call with Randy and explaining to him that I was looking for a second location to expand my business, Randy went right to work. He really knew the market and what to ask for as a tenant. Randy always responded to my emails or texts in a timely manner and has continued to answer questions that came up after the executed lease. I will be engaging Randy in my future expansions.

    We represent a client who owned a building in Sherman. Being from Kansas we didn’t have any contacts there so a Dallas friend told us about Randy Jay and Preston Bend Real Estate as a recommended broker to use in the market. Our friend was right. Randy listed the property for us and through his market knowledge and expertise got it sold in a timely manner. In the meantime, he and his team were excellent property managers helping us gain knowledge for local contacts such a building requires to keep in good condition and facilitate productive showings.

    Randy was thorough and attentive. He listened to the client’s needs and offered advice that proved valuable to all involved.     I met Ashley Lail and Randy Jay when I brought them on to help me sell my gym in Denison. Although I am an experienced investor in the single family space, the gym was the only commercial property I had, so I felt some guidance would help me around the margins. They exceeded expectations by adding tremendous value, with their in-depth knowledge of the market and the industry.
