We have know Dr Hernandez for a very long time. He has treated my grandmother and grandfather as his own. His waiting chairs are uncomfortable, but he is looking at options to replace due to patient and family concerns. He spends ample time assessing and talking through diagnosis and treatment options. Staff is friendly but sometimes you have to remind them of prescription requests. Again, he is aware and working on solutions immediately after concerns voiced. I always have a pleasant experience when visiting Primary Medicine of Sherman. The staff is friendly and proactive. They are always eager to help me and knowledgeable enough to answer questions I may have. Dr. Hernandez takes his time to council you on any health change and explains in detail what your health conditions are and what treatment plan is safest and most effective for you. I have never been more satisfied with my care then I am as a patient of his. Dr. Hernandez truely cares and his passion for his profession shows. He greets you and leaves you with a smile and genuine kindness.

I couldn't have had a better experience finding a new Doctor! All of the ladies in the front office we're amazing and very helpful. Never once made me feel like an inconvenience nor stupid for asking many questions. Dr. Hernandez was very attentive and addressed my concerns promptly and offered solutions. Let me not forget to mention the two wonderful women in the lab we're great. This is a very professional doctor's office and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great Doctor.

Dr. Hernandez is quite possibly the best doctor I have ever been to. He listens to what you have to say and doesn't come across as all-knowing or condescending like some doctors do. Besides that, he is very empathetic. I was caring for my mother who had cancer and we thoroughly discussed my mental well-being every time I went in. He stays busy, but he will make time for you. You might have to wait a bit when you go to this office, but it's only because he puts quality over quantity. Again, he is very caring and really leaves you feeling like you have established a good relationship with a good doctor. He is genuinely concerned for his patients and that's something that is not so common these days with doctors. Now, if they would just accept my insurance :).

Dr. Hernandez, and every member of his staff are absolutely amazing!! They steadily preform at a high level of efficiency, effectiveness, and equity. He truly cares for his patients and desires to help them reach their goals, and even believing for what they can not yet see! He has never came across as a Doctor who does it for the money, but from a genuine compassion for his patients that drives him. He is a man that truly loves and chases after God, and it is seen throughout his practice and moral compass. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone! I never leave his office without being more encouraged then how I entered!
