“This is the office I would come to see Dr. Koone. This was my initial visit and he took so much time going over all my issues/complaints/skin ailments. I took my son a month later and also got great care and answers. Dr Koone was also very sensitive to our drive and cost of the visit which made me feel even more confident in his compassion for his patients. His team of nurses are outstanding. They are also very friendly and engaging, not just there to take notes and move you out the door. I have had several hang ups with trying to get bills in order to turn in to my insurance and that’s frustrating (why the 4 star review).”

“My experience has been nothing but great. I never have to wait long and I was asked if my pain medication was sufficient after surgery. The clerk at the front desk is always friendly and remembered me every time I came for my follow-up visits. I was spared a lengthy recovery and a much larger scar. Dr. Arnot is fantastic. I believed he was kind from my first visit and my mother in-law felt the same way when he spoke to her after my surgery. I really appreciate being spared a biopsy by having it done after the tumor was removed.”

“Dr. Selz has been absolutely phenomenal with my tonsillectomy experience & he also figured out why I get so many reoccurring sinus infections at the same time!! I can’t recommend Dr. Selz enough! He really listens to your concerns and will make sure you feel taken care of before you leave. My only complaint is with their billing system. I paid my Co-pay & then received a bill for a $140 scope they ran up my nose & they code it as a “procedure” so insurance doesn’t cover it. Just beware about that, but Dr.Selz is an incredible doctor!”

“Dr Kim and the nurses were great! Everyone was very helpful and caring. The only thing I was not very satisfied was that my husband and I got there on the time scheduled and after taking care of the paperwork I was called in. After approx 30 min of prep for the procedure I stayed there lying down for 1h and 15 min until they took me for the procedure.”
