Customer service experience was fantastic. Kim got back to me in less than 24 hours (as her website states) & the communication was clear, precise, & informative as she put in cake instructions on how to serve before the party.

The decoration of the cake was amazing! It was similar to the inspiration photo I sent in, not identical because she puts on the website for copyright purposes it won’t look exactly the same but I loved it! The taste of the cake was perfection. The raspberry butter cream was had a sour sweet tang to it that really brought the flavor of the vanilla & butter cream around the cake together. The best cake I’ve had in a long time! Will recommend to friends & family!

This was my first time ordering from Love + Sugar, and will without a doubt order again. I ordered a cake for my best friend's birthday on a short notice and Kim was able to make it happen. We absolutely loved the cake, it was delicious, well made, and reasonably priced. Kim was very communicative, friendly, and nothing less than professional. I definitely recommend Love + Sugar!

Excellent!!! Kim did a wonderful job on our sons 2nd birthday cake. It was easy to get hold of her. She was super responsive. With very little specific direction she completed the vision I had in mind. The cake was too cute! And it was delicious. Thank you, Kim!

Love these cakes! My wife and I first had some cupcakes from love+sugar at our local church craft fair and we’ve been hooked ever since. I decided to get a cake for my wife’s birthday since she loved the cupcakes. The cake was a white cake with vanilla frosting and it was delicious! The cake was moist with the perfect amount of frosting. I like frosting that is smooth and not “sugar gritty” and this was perfect. Everyone at the party enjoyed it, especially my wife. Thanks for a great cake and easy ordering experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful cakes and cupcakes for my daughter's birthdays that matched the themes of their celebrations. Not only did the cakes look so beautiful they were delivered on time and in mint condition and tasted amazing! I highly recommend Love + Sugar, definitely will be ordering again.
