Update: We celebrated our Granbaby's 1 year birthday and once again we were absolutely delighted with everything. The landscape natural beauty was breathtaking. I'm sad that they are selling the property but hope to create many more memories if they don't sell. Thank you Richard for making this memory possible.
**Richard and his family were so wonderful and made my son's wedding event possible, all our guests were delighted with the natural beauty outside of the venue. The inside was spacious enough for a small event of about 80 people. 2 clean bathrooms and commercial kitchen for a small fee. Richard was very accommodating to our needs. I can't express how immensely happy we are to have found this delightful venue and will definitely book in the future for regular parties.

Richard and his family are just so nice and easy going. The space is beautiful big enough for about 80 people. The bathrooms and the overall area was very clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my brothers wedding. It was honestly so perfect for us, will definitely be booking for future events 😊

We met Richard to look at the venue and instantly fell in love with the location as well as everything he had to offer. From use of the warming station, commercial fridge, tables & chairs it was a great venue. We wanted to play a video and couldn't get it to work and he was there to fix it. Everything we needed he was quick to help us get. His son was also very helpful and even gave the kids a wagon ride around the property to see their bee hives, blackberries and their greenhouse. Beautiful place for any kind of party. I highly recommend it!

How often do you get to attend a real life fancy tea party? This was a first for me. Beautiful atmosphere, lovely hostess, amazing views, and a peaceful return to nature.

We held our family baby shower at Swan Crossing Farm and Event Center. This place is simply beautiful. The wrap around porch and the fall leaves made a beautiful backdrop for family photos. It was quiet and a nice get away from the noises of the city so that we could completely concentrate on our families. The young children enjoyed running around and playing together on the porch. The event center was spacious for our 35 guests. The hosts helped us plan with ease and had everything set up early for us to come in and put up the final decorations. We had a brunch catered by the owners. The food was delicious! I highly recommend Marian's famous cloud biscuits with local honey and homemade jams on your event menu!
