(July 7, 2022, 3:07 am)Nice clean quiet place. Full hook ups at all sites. No other amenities. Owner is a nice person. Manager is very nice and professional. Walking distance of grocery store, Dairy Queen, Dollar General, Exxon and Corby's Grill. Kids park with skate park is about 5 blocks away. 30 minutes to McKinney. Location location location.
