First off, I didn’t even know I had some roof damage until they came and inspected it for FREE and to my surprise, there were some openings and cracks on the roof. Some minor ones and there was one major. After discussing it with me, they came back about a couple days later, worked on it, and finished it off in a timely manner. Great value for the price and their professionalism and communication process was smooth and very effective. Highly recommend!”

“Never had a bad time in here. The only small shop that managed to keep ammo prices reasonable through the shortage and they always have some cool guns to check out. Great place, great people and the most fairly priced pawn shop in town. I've purchased probably over a dozen firearms ( and magazines, ammo, zippos and silver haha ) and will keep coming back until my bank sends me a cease and desist. The employees are knowledgeable but not know-it-alls and if you ask a question they can't answer, they'll find it for you. I've been trying to convince my grandfather to buy a handgun, and one of the employees took a good 15 minutes explaining the basics, pros and cons of caliber choice and even on multiple price points even though my grandfather expressed he wouldn't be spending any money that day. Now THAT is what i call customer service. ( and to the other guy whining that a pawn shop isn't paying MSRP for your stuff...its a pawn shop. If you thought it was worth what you're asking, you'd sell it yourself. )”

Since I do not live in Sherman, I found Ya-Hoo Bakery online and called to see if they delivered and what they had available. I spoke with Angie who took great care of me. She was able to deliver a Hummingbird sheet cake to the office in Sherman. She asked if I wanted to include a gift card! The price was also affordable. The cake was delivered later that day and I received an email from the office. They were super excited that they got such a great cake as a treat.
