I called Grimes County Road and Bridge to ask a couple questions. Normally you know county offices are not the best to call. Totally different for GCRB, a lady picked up the phone with a very pleasant phone voice. Ms. Bobbie was the nicest person I have ever spoken to that works in any County position. She took my questions and said she was not sure however she would find out and call me back. She did exactly what she said she would do and called me back within few minutes. Ms. Bobbie you're an asset to that office. Thank you for your outstanding customer service skills and it was a pleasure talking to you.
