“This is a private pond on my friends property. Every time I go there I catch fish. These are just a few that I've caught. I just catch and release. The one bass on the ground was over 12" long and probably weight around 5 lbs or more the other one was about 3 lbs and 10" long. They put up a good fight. That's what fishing is all about. Good luck angler's”

“Excellent place to do business. Purchased a pistol here and took the LTC course with Jake of the founders to this store. Excellent teacher, and professional service. Highly recommend this place. As for prices, they are very competitive, and you get that one to one service. They get to know you and make recommendations, not try to up sale anything. Over all 5 STARS>”

“Anderson Water & Plumbing is small, friendly, and 38 miles shorter drive (round trip) than BCS. They're just close and convenient when you need something "right now" ! 5 Stars just because they are, hands down, the best in the area.”

“Blondie was delightful. Her cakes were too! Very reasonable pricing and they tasted heavenly. The bride's cake was beautiful and the groom's cake super cute. Blondie made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted, even going so far as to check in with us on wedding day to make sure the cakes were what we expected and placing the cake topper. Working with and getting to know Blondie was wonderful.”

“I called Grimes County Road and Bridge to ask a couple questions. Normally you know county offices are not the best to call. Totally different for GCRB, a lady picked up the phone with a very pleasant phone voice. Ms. Bobbie was the nicest person I have ever spoken to that works in any County position. She took my questions and said she was not sure however she would find out and call me back. She did exactly what she said she would do and called me back within few minutes. Ms. Bobbie you're an asset to that office. Thank you for your outstanding customer service skills and it was a pleasure talking to you.”

“A beautiful building in the heart of Anderson, Texas. Well worth the drive to visit. Unique Victorian Texas public building. Third courthouse here. Site, in an 1824 land grant from Mexico, was donated 1850 by Henry Fanthorp, first permanent settler in county. Built 1891 of hand-molded brick with native stone trim. Vault is same one used in previous buildings; has twice withstood fires. Tried here in 1930s, a Clyde Barrow gang member vowed he'd see court in infernal regions. Recorded Texas Historic Landmark, 1965. (Ref Texas Historic Commission)”
