Delicious caldo, bean dip and tortillas

Had the excellent Guiso Mexicano, tasty and quality meat. Friendly service.

It's Juan and Linda's now. Fairly decent mexican food, a little pricey though for the area. Afterall, it's a small rural town with a lot of people on fixed incomes living in the area. I've tried a few of the things on the menu, but only those at the low end of the price range. The enchilidas ($8) are really good, and the Chimichanga at $12, well lets just say its not what one expect for the price. Flavorwise it was good, but it was lacking in meat, and loaded with rice. Some of their menu items sound like they would be really good, but not for $18-$30.

Mexican food was seasoned well, reasonable priced. I had shell tacos nothing fancy and everything was fresh, tomatoes lettuce and cheese. Usually you get brown lettuce and tomatoes you can't eat. The meat was very well seasoned. Only 2 tacos came with meal I think I needed 2 more.
But rice and beans did the trick.
