Polish Pub at Polonia

Happy that they are there at the Texas Renaissance Festival!! Their food is good! Would love more bread bowl options.

The Polish Pub at Polonia is where one finds the comedy duo Iris & Rose, as well as 2 Merry Men. When you come to the Renaissance Festival, those are 2 shows you shouldn't leave without seeing (Not intended for children.), especially if you have a naughty sense of humour. Raunchy, bawdy fun! The food in the area is always good.

The bigger stage is great. Bars on both sides are great. Two similar acts, not so great. Iris and Rose and the Two Merry Men are both good, but it was better when the poet was there. They should consider putting the ventriloquist there and moving the merry men to the Hacienda.

The rated R sign next to the stage is there for a reason. The acts are not for children. As one act puts its "They're not a family show. They're more of a how to make a family show."

If you happen to enjoy adult themed humor, then this is one of the best Pubs at the Texas Renaissance Festival. They have two bars, a variety of alcoholic beverages, food next door, an oversized fan for those hot Texas days and a pair of great comedy acts.
