There is a wide variety of classes you can choose form, everything to beginner - experienced yoga classes. Thanks for the amazing class today! Excited to get back on the mat with you guys.

(June 10, 2019, 12:43 pm)I recently PCS’d here with the Army and live local to Concrete Yoga on Randolph AFB. I’d been eyeing the studio for awhile and finally decided to try it. I wasn’t disappointed. Great location. Angela is awesome. This is a perfect environment for beginners and avid yogis alike. Everyone is super friendly. Love this place and highly recommend! As for the gentleman’s comment below about the owners driving, it sounds like he has too much free time and could also use some stress relief. I highly recommend it for him too. ????????

(November 3, 2018, 10:15 pm)Kids yoga is wonderful. My son has been going 4mths learning about breathing, control his emotions and focusing on his core balance. He enjoys the activities, socializing, and ice cream. I highly recommend yoga for kids.
