Son's River Ranch

We got to enjoy this gorgeous place back in summer. The river is shallow perfect for kids and the cabanas have everything you need to a cookout. We got a chance to enjoy the starts and got to see meteor showers. Love it! Their staff is amazing and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

My family and I had a great time in one of our he day pass cabanas. We arrived to a clean cabana and clean grill ready for our use. Shuttle services were great and on time and staff was super friendly. Definitely will try to come back and start a little family tradition.

Had a blast at this place last weekend. The tents were very comfortable and clean and the facilities were well maintained and easily accessible. The cabanas along the river made for the perfect spot for grilling with close access to the San Marcos river which was the perfect spot to hang out during the heat of the day. The property manager is Xavier and he took care of everything that was needed. He went out of his way to make sure that everyone was taken care of. We will definitely be back.

We really liked this place! We rented a cabana by the river for the day and bought the water pass so we could float down to their next camp and shuttle back. We went on a weekday and it was not crowded at all. The river float was a little slow and we had to walk a bit but other than that it was FUN! The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly. The "beach" by the cabana was great and the water was so refreshing! Staff was nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is the flies! The outhouses were pretty much unusable because they were swarmed by flies. In the morning the cabana was also swarmed with flies and almost unbearable. Once it warmed up they kind of went away, but they were annoying for sure! They do have other bathrooms if you walk up by the glamping area, so we used those.
We would definitely go again!
