I had another Company attempt to repair my Samsung Range (under warranty), but they could not identify the issue, just wanting to swap out control boards and parts without completing any tests. I went without an oven for 30 days, with no end in sight. We called in Lisa's Appliance in desperation! Their Tech, Patrick, came out on the same day. Primarily my interactions have been with Dr. McQuade, adjusting and maintaining my EnSound hearing aids. These are high quality instruments that are highly programable and can interface with my iPhone. Dr. McQuade had me come to his office every few months when I first got them to make adjustments as I adapted to using hearing aids and less often as I became more comfortable with them. Two times during the last year he had to send one to the company to have microphones unclogged. They came back good as new and at no charge.
