“I have to challenge any negative comments on this review as incorrect and those who just want to complain. During my visits I never had a problem finding an associate to help me. I've been patronizing this store quite frequently lately and found all of the associates (Sharon, Adam, Jennifer) that have helped me find what I need and even the cashiers (Michelle, Liz) all were respectful, courteous, and helpful during my visit. All of them went out of their way to assist me. The customer service individuals (Jennifer and crew) were always respectful and go out of their way to resolved any returns of problem. The comment below from Andy is completely false. I actually look forward to my visit here to experience the friendly and "Thank you for coming into my store" attitudes. This has to flow down from management.”

“I have used this company for nearly ten years and have had a bug free home because of it. Aside from wanting to spend my money on locally owned businesses, Jitterbug is reliable, honest, fairly priced, and the customer service is awesome. I have them set up on a quarterly schedule and they work with me on the days I need them, they give me reminder calls (I am busy and WILL forget, so they take care of that!), and if we have an unusual situation (like a field mouse making ot from the Green Belt to the garage), or the year San Antonio had a flea breakout we have four dogs and have never had fleas and wanted it to stay that way), they address it: They follow up. They make sure you are happy. I am pleased with this company and highly recommend them.”
