“Worked for them for almost a year. The staff is awesome especially lead driver up in the front entrance. Sherri she'll help you out on anything you have a problem with or if you did something wrong she'll help you out herself. She's a kind of hands on person. Williams he always calls you out on things you do well and always visits everyone's bus before you go to route to tell you how good of a job you've done at least once a week. On field trips they are always fair always rotating no one gets all fieldtrips and weekend trips at the same time you always wanna help out on field trips because of the fairness. The best part is they hang out after work on Fridays everyone gets invited no one gets left out. It's either everyone or no one there's no separateness nor posse's you need to worry about there is no favoritism only fairness. Makes you even feel guilty when you get to sit on your bus on field trips and not doing anything but wait of the fairness it is in this company. Almost shed a tear on my last day gonna miss especially my boss Papi Gibs of how he always treats you with respect and fairness and equally even if someone else makes him mad he does not take out on someone else he has alot of self control and treats you like an adult not like a child like other supervisors do. Gonna miss you all and God bless you all.”

“I was recommended Blue Birds by a co-worker back in 2016. I was a first time mom and nervous about daycares. I am very grateful and blessed that I trusted my coworkers. Blue Birds has been amazing. All 3 of my kids have gone through here and even recently my baby girl who went in at 6 weeks old. They love my babies and take care of them so well. They do lots of fun projects with them and make the sweetest gifts for parents. They also always decorate according to seasons, holidays and etc and honestly that's one of the smallest but favorite parts. Highly recommend!”

“Awesome school full of awesome teachers and administrators. My kids went to Jefferson Elem in Seguin last year. It's a failing school and not hard to understand why. I understand that student population dictates that but so do the teachers. At Jefferson, they were always yelling at the kids. Saw a LOT of yelling. Isn't that like against child development or something? Anyway, just as an example they moved the kids from waiting in the gym in the morning to going to their classrooms b/c it takes too long for the gym to warm up. Isn't that sweet? Thanks for taking care of my kids the way I would. In fact I'd probably say, "Suck it up. You have a coat." Everyone I deal w/ there is always nice, helpful and very polite. Good people all the way around. If the students and parents had to be subjected to Jefferson for any time at all, they'd realize just how good they have it.”

When I was calling the the different daycares in my area this as the only place that went over their curriculum. They told me what my child’s day would be like, where other places more nonchalant about everything. My kiddo has been working on her speech and the center was so accommodating. She has made leaps and bounds and I have to say it’s partly because of how much training, dedication and love these teachers have. So thankful for them!”

“My daughter loves her school! She's learned so much, and is always excited to see her wonderful teacher. The student to teacher ratio is phenomenal, and is probably why everyone gets along so well. Her teacher is constantly changing up activities to fit each lesson. She keeps the children engaged in learning and always thrilled to see next week's theme. My daughter loves seeing the whole classroom transform every week with new adventures to explore and learn. My daughter has all kinds of opportunities to play in an educational environment with peers using fine motor skills to gross motor skills on a daily basis. Her teacher involves all the students in higher thinking all day long. This school is one of the greatest I've seen, and I have worked with childcare for over many years. I have also worked in SCUCISD, NEISD, SAISD, NISD, JISD, and LISD. I wish this school taught elementary school, too.”

“My daughter (19 months) attends this daycare, and has been with these teachers since she was a little over 9 months old... Wow a year doesn't even seem like it's been that long! We absolutely love this facility! The teachers are amazing and the take such good care of my daughter. She has almost never been sick there. She has loved it since getting to eat with bigger kids since she turned 18 months old. She is learning soany new and fun things in her class, and playing with her friends, our fridge is covered in art work and I have to say the thing I love most is the communication her teachers have with me. If my daughter isn't at school they have called to check on her. If she seems not her normal self they let me know everything. They really do care! I ???????? ???????? ???? recommend this daycare!!!”
