My family was overwhelmed with the magnitude and sudden nature of our loss and the associated preparations and decisions. With little time to spare, we wandered into the store, hoping to quickly find something appropriate. I rarely wear business suits and am challenged when attempting to find a tasteful selection and a good fit. I explained my need and dilemma to Ahmad and he effectively assisted me in selecting a great-looking suit at a reasonable cost. He was very knowledgeable of contemporary styles and fits and quickly had my new suit selected, hemmed, and accessorized. He even ironed the accompanying shirt. Ahmad maintained a friendly, professional demeanor that made me feel valued as a customer. He worked quickly and ensured we did not have to wait unnecessarily. He was even sensitive to the nature of our need, expressing sincere sympathy and condolences for our loss.
