(June 7, 2018, 1:34 pm)Amazing credit union! The employee today at the front desk (rollingbrook location) was SO SWEET and BEYOND HELPFUL. She was training, but met all my needs. You couldn't even tell she was new, because she knew exactly what to do. I was very thankful for her amazing customer service. Thanks again for always have amazing employees with amazing customer service!!!!
(April 30, 2018, 4:46 pm)This particular branch has some of the friendliest tellers and most helpful financial advisors. Elizabeth Garza exceeded my expectations completely! After having a bad experience at the Alexander location she reassured me about my situation and helped me with such courtesy. As a young adult trying to establish credit it can be confusing and difficult but Elizabeth helped me a ton!
(January 4, 2018, 11:01 am)They are very polite and helped me start off my credit when banks refused to. I have financed a vehicle and a couple of loans with them for a couple years now. I love that there are various of atms around town that you can withdraw money without being charged a fee.
