I was pleased with the knowledge and positive attitude towards his profession. Jeremy went above and beyond explaining each step he was going to perform in getting our carpets as clean as possible. Our carpets are like new again, and they even feel clean with no sticky residue. We gave them extra time to dry, as I’m sure extra water was needed to remove pet spots and traffic stains. Once the carpets were thoroughly dry, walking on them felt like new! I am pleased with our service
