“I can't believe I pass by Angel's so often but just visited for my firs time yesterday! These were the best churros that I have ever eaten. They were fried to order, so they were sitting around under a heat lamp all day. My order was crispy, fresh, and had a wonderful aroma due to the sugar and spices. Powered sugar and cinnamon are added to order, plus I used my choice of dipping sauce. I decided on chocolate, but I know that I'll try the raspberry on my next visit.”

“This was my second time coming here and I enjoyed everything that I ordered. I recommend the crab appetizers. They are tasty and the portion is right. I also recommend the shrimp and grits! This time I actually tried something different which was the shrimp and grits. It was flavorful and the shrimp were cooked good. The only minor thing is that’s they changed the menu. Some of the food that is on the reviews are no longer in the menu. For instance, my friend ordered the s’mores chocolate because she saw a picture on the reviews and when she ordered it was only chocolate. Overall, great place to brunch! And to all the girls who love mimosas, this is a place to go!”

“The atmosphere was perfect. French music combined with great decor. To top it off the owner cooked the food in front of us, with love! Customer service was great and very personable. The food was amazing and beautiful! The best I’ve had since I moved to Houston. Also, I am a vegetarian and there was plenty of options for me! Every thing about the place seemed authentic and fresh. DEFINITELY will be coming back!”
