“I've had so many bad experiences with Title companies in the past, so of course I was super wary when the sellers of my home chose this company to close with. But, I've got to say, Kim, Haley, and Elizabeth were absolutely amazing! They were super polite, quick to respond, and incredibly understanding to our complex situation during the closing process. We had to reschedule our appointment multiple times, but Kim graciously accommodated. Upon arriving to close, I never felt pressured to sign quickly and Kim and Elizabeth were happy to explain anything to us and even offered us snacks and beverages. Their office is very warm and comfortable, and they provide props for you to take pictures after you sign! Definitely going to be my go-to title company from now on!”
