(January 18, 2019, 11:37 pm)I have tried other gyms and keep coming back to this gym. It is my home gym. The gym employees are always nice and helpful. When arriving at 4:30 am....it is great to have someone chipper to get you motivated for your workout, especially on a Friday morning.

(December 29, 2018, 12:01 am)Where else can you eat candy and pizza while you work out? I mean you could go to a park, but then again Houston weather is disgusting. Be like me and go to planet fitness and eat your pizza and candy while working out without fear of people's dogs nipping at your heels. Don't bring a gallon water jug though , because, apparently that is some kind of fire hazard and is against company policy. If you smell terrible even before you workout fear not! This facility contains showers. If I were homeless I would get a planet fitness membership for the shower aspect alone, but throw in free candy and pizza which they give out occasionally and I'd never leave. Also the staff are super cool.

(October 17, 2018, 1:00 pm)I can not say enough about the costumer service here. Im writing this review to thank the employees for the great customer service they gave the time I was there. And I want to especially thank the general manager I believe his name was Andrew for helping me with my account this morning. I've been major surgery and unable to go to the gym for a while. I don't think he realized how much he did this morning to take off the stress. Thank you so much!
