Unlike some of the other reviews the vacuums seemed to be just fine that day. Will definitely go back their again for inspection or car wash if I am in the area.”

They are professional and respectful to everyone who calls the shop or comes in to get work done. I only take my bike to them for repairs and service nobody else is allowed to work on it. They walked me through what to expect with insurance and we discussed affordable parts and all. Ravi was so awesome and compassionate and I felt relieved leaving my truck in good, honest hands. “I'm sorry this review is so late. These Guys are Outstanding. C couple of months back, I had a bad AC Unit. It was under Warranty, and I asked if they did Warranty Work. Unfortunately, they weren't authorized for my unit. The Service Manager told me to wait a minute, and he called one of guys over. They went on my roof and pulled the cover. He took my phone, and took pictures of the damage, and told me to show them to my dealer. When they were finished, I asked what I owed him, and he said don't worry about it. My Warranty is over, so now Cypress RV Service will be my Go To for all future repairs.”

This experience turned into a great experience simply because the owner of Cypress RV "made things right"! I believe a business can be made or broken by simple customer service or lack thereof. No business/company/person is perfect, and mistakes will be made, but it's the way a mistake is handled that will win me over every time and keep me returning. Cypress RV has done that for me. We had a few bumps in the road to begin with, but the end result turned me into a believer that there are still people willing to do the right thing.
