“When we called for assistance we were told it could take 50 to 60 minutes and ewe would be called when the person was there, so since we were a parking lot of a store we went shopping . Well the help came in 30 minutes and we did not hear the ca) so he left. We had to call again, told it would be 45 minutes, this time we stayed with the vehicle and the help came back in 30 minutes. Would be helpful the disparch could be a little bit more informed on the correct time frame.”
