Pediatric Smiles of Cypress

Just left the office and I couldn’t wait to write a review . I took my one year for his first dental visit and it was AWESOME!! As soon as you walk in you get a great vibe! The staff are super nice and friendly. And Dr. Marshall was amazing with my son very patient and nice! They have the best sensory toys that my son loved!! Seriously the best pediatric office EVER!

And… they have the best sparkling flavored water!!! Definitely referring my family and friends with kids here!

I took my 2yr old son in for his very first dentist visit today, so glad we went to Pediatric Smiles! Everyone there was so kind and patient with my little man. I was worried he would not handle the exam well but they were gentle and sang songs the whole time so he did not put up a fight. So relieved his first visit went so smooth and easy! We will definitely be going again.

My daughter and I had a great visit with the staff at Pediatric Smiles of Cypress! Everyone was very friendly and so patient with my 3 year old. Ms. Alyssa the hygienist explained all the tools she was using and what she was using them for so my daughter felt comfortable, and Dr. Marshall was equally as sweet and patient with her as well, using different techniques to keep my daughter calm and comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience for both my daughter and I, and I can absolutely say my daughter is not afraid of going to the dentist, at least not with Dr. Marshall and her staff!!!

We just went to Pediatric Smiles of Cypress for the first time today and we are doing a Parents' Happy Dance with Sprinkles. Our little one is TERRIFIED of strangers. Even adults can be trepidatious about going to the dentist but Dr. Marshall and her staff were AMAZING! My three year old started off crying and screaming when they first brought her back, as per her usual. But they were so patient and loving that she gave them high fives by the time we left. They were creative and patient and were able to get done what they needed to without me having to hold her down like I usually have to. She actually cooperated with them and calmed down. We didn't even know that was possible. Not only was the staff great with her. They were great with me too. They explained the procedure and pricing clearly. They soothed my nerves as well as my daughter's. Dr. Marshall and her staff definitely have the magic touch.

I can’t say enough about the ENTIRE staff here. From the front desk all the way to Dr. Marshall, everyone is so caring and helpful. I’ve taken my kids to a few dentist and no one can compare to the level of service they provide. You don’t feel like just another patient. They valued my kids individually and took loving care with both. Thank you Pediatric Smiles! We have FINALLY found our forever dentist! ♥️
