“My mother asked me to help oversee the renovation of her home and wanted to come here for the work. When we first tried to do business here, the guy we talked to refused to return our calls. We had left some messages and tried to call the shop, but nothing. I went in and deliberately shifted our representative to someone else, Jennifer I think, and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive. We also had other work being done in the house and she was good about coordinating her people with the other crews. After the project was over, she followed up to make sure everything was exactly as my mother wanted it. If it weren't for that guy brushing us off for weeks I would definitely give 5 stars.”
