“I just love a company that puts its customers in front of profits. I purchased an expensive Hague water softener some years back and the unit started to have an issue. Rather than make me wait two weeks for an appointment to fix the unit the owner, who was driving at the time I spoke with him, pulled over and called me back. He then walked me through how to fix my unit over the phone. Lets face it, he could have made me wait 2 weeks for the first available appointment and then charged me for the fix. It was more important to him that my unit was running right than to get an extra service call. This is the type of behavior I would like from all of my vendors; my customer satisfaction above profits. I asked him to send me an invoice for his time and he said he would not. OMG!!! Other firms could stand to learn from this company how to retain a customer. I am a future customer of Residential Water Softening for all of my water needs!!!”

“We purchased a home that already had the complete RWS water purification system installed. I have lived in the home for 1.5 years and have never made the time to look up what the maintenance entails for my system. I had a plumber come in for another repair and was trying to sell me a water purification system. He looked at my current one and immediately dismissed it stating it was antiquated. Our home is 9.5 years old. Me not knowing any better could have easily believed him. I told him I would contact RWS and have it evaluated before purchasing another one. I called after hours and received a call first thing the next morning. It was a Wednesday and they came out early that Friday. I was REALLY relieved that me not adding any salt to my system for a year and a half didn't cause any damage. All I needed was $125 filter due to it not being changed for a few years. RWS is VERY professional, courteous, HONEST, and prompt. They could have totally taken me. They came out when they said they were. There was NO hidden costs. They even refilled my tank with salt that it so desperately needed. They told me that they are family owned. This experience has been the BEST I've had with dealing with the continuing maintenance of owning my first home. BTW from my short time owning a home hard water can really cause a lot of damage to pipes. I have felt an immediate difference since properly maintaining my water system. I would recommend RWS to anyone in the market for a water system!!”
