“This is my 1st time visiting this store. There was a woman who came to help me but she didn't speak much English but she tried her best and was almost able to complete it. The fact that she tried to help me without knowing what she was doing was impeccable service. Then she called over a manager who helped her. And later another manager brought my food to my table. I love the "my pleasure" and smiles. It wasn't the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in but it wasn't the dirtiest either. The service makes up for everything. I asked for fresh items to be made and they were and you can tell in the photograph. This was actually really great and they have plenty of other stuff that will go great if you are on the keto friendly diet.”

“My right hip has start hurting, as I’m trying to get a good nights sleep. I’m constantly tossing and turning, in attempt to find a restful position, but to no avail. When I finally get out of the bed, the hip pain goes away. I should note that I exercise three or four days a week, including doing leg squats, and I have no pain in my hips, doing my exercise. The pain only occurs after I’ve laid on our mattress for about 30 minutes. After some research, I have concluded that my issue is our mattress. Subsequently, my wife and I went to the Mattress Firm in search of a mattress that would allow me to have a full nights rest, without having hip pain. We were met by Mattress Firm Sales Associate Amanda. Once I explained my hip pain issues to her, she provided a number of suggestions in mattresses, that seemed to be based on her experience and knowledge. I’m a side sleeper, so she had me to lay on a number of medium to firmer mattresses, for at least three minutes each, to see if they affected my hip. If you’re like me, laying on a mattress in a store, doesn’t provide the ultimate test, as to whether comfort will be the same, once the mattress is delivered and you’ve slept on it for a few weeks. However, Amanda advised that the Mattress Firm has a return policy that allows me to return any selected mattress, within four months, if I’m dissatisfied. We decided to purchase one of Amanda’s suggestions. Amanda was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We received quality service at the Mattress Firm via Amanda. Now, if the mattress we purchased, provides the same level of high quality service, as Amanda’s customer service, my hip will be forever grateful.”

“The food at this Gringo's is excellent. The ingredients are fresh, the orders are correct, and the food comes out hot. They have a pretty good variety on the menu, and we have not been disappointed with anything we ordered. The service, on the other hand, is hit and miss. The wait is always long, so call ahead to get on the wait list. The hostesses are friendly and efficient. The wait staff is where the issues start. If you get a good waiter/waitress, it's like winning the lottery. You are treated like restaurant royalty: your drinks are never empty and chips keep flowing. If you get a mediocre one, you might as well order everything to go and eat in your car. Most of the time, we get a great server. And for the times we don't, at least the other servers keep our chips and salsa bowls full.”
