“My right hip has start hurting, as I’m trying to get a good nights sleep. I’m constantly tossing and turning, in attempt to find a restful position, but to no avail. When I finally get out of the bed, the hip pain goes away. I should note that I exercise three or four days a week, including doing leg squats, and I have no pain in my hips, doing my exercise. The pain only occurs after I’ve laid on our mattress for about 30 minutes. After some research, I have concluded that my issue is our mattress. Subsequently, my wife and I went to the Mattress Firm in search of a mattress that would allow me to have a full nights rest, without having hip pain. We were met by Mattress Firm Sales Associate Amanda. Once I explained my hip pain issues to her, she provided a number of suggestions in mattresses, that seemed to be based on her experience and knowledge. I’m a side sleeper, so she had me to lay on a number of medium to firmer mattresses, for at least three minutes each, to see if they affected my hip. If you’re like me, laying on a mattress in a store, doesn’t provide the ultimate test, as to whether comfort will be the same, once the mattress is delivered and you’ve slept on it for a few weeks. However, Amanda advised that the Mattress Firm has a return policy that allows me to return any selected mattress, within four months, if I’m dissatisfied. We decided to purchase one of Amanda’s suggestions. Amanda was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We received quality service at the Mattress Firm via Amanda. Now, if the mattress we purchased, provides the same level of high quality service, as Amanda’s customer service, my hip will be forever grateful.”

“My wife and I are very glad we chose Sam and his crew to install our new gorgeous laminate wood floor. Yes, we were Hurricane Harvey victims. I was a little worried about finding a reputable company to treat us fairly and perform what they promised. I could not be more pleased! Sam explained our options at his modern showroom and came over to our house that evening to measure our floors and give us our estimate and installation date. We were given a written, signed estimate and the installation was set up for the next Monday. They arrived on time, and ready to work and finished the install in one day. ( over 800 sq ft ) The workers were courteous and professional and the installation was flawless! Everything was cleaned up, and they even mopped the floors after the installation. I have lived in the Cypress, NW Houston area for decades and am happy to give this 5 star review.”
