“I moved in to a climate controlled unit on 2/24/18. I did my research and made phone calls. That’s the first time I spoke with Sarah. She had a great memory and was extremely helpful. The move in was very smooth. Two years later I come regularly to pay in person just to say hello. I’ve have a developed a rapport checking on my things and knowing they are guarding my property and they care. Since it became cube smart I have adjusted and it’s a pleasure to know Ms. Madison too. I recommend this facility to my sister when she was in transition moving homes and she used it for those few months and said it was the best storage she has used. The location is very ideal. The hours work out well and the toilet in the office is always sparking. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.”

“Came to Extra Space Barker Cypress on a Saturday afternoon and was met with a warm welcome and excellent customer service from assistant manager Henry. This by far has been my easiest and least stressful purchase of a storage rental unit. Also, the facility is well kept and extremely clean with great security features. To top it all off Henry was kind and very hospitable in offering a drink of water. After meeting with Doris the manager I felt so at ease with leaving all my items on her property. Doris took the time to explain the different size units available and what we may need. She was very patient as we didn’t know what we were actually needing. Once we left I didn’t even have a worry about my items and knew it was all in good hands.
