“My family went into Janie and Jack in Cypress about a month ago to look for clothes for holiday photos. The store was very busy and the 2 employees were running around trying to help everyone. After apologizing for the wait, the Asian lady helped us find a great look for our entire family. All the while, I watched customers interrupting her as she was trying to help us. She tried to juggle all of us customers patiently even when customers were rude to her. I know that retail has been extremely challenging and I was impressed with how she was able juggle everyone and give such good service.”

“The food is fresh and the service is top notch. I bought a sandwich here on 12.9.21. The staff greeted me with a "welcome in" and "hello" when I entered the door. Much to my surprise, after taking my order, they cooked the chicken to order on the stove, ensuring it was tasty and fresh. They rang up my bill while I was waiting. I did not initially notice I was undercharged. When I pointed out the discrepancy before departing, they waived the additional charge. The sandwich was delicious and filling.
