(July 2, 2020, 4:18 pm)ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS! I could not believe how spotlessly clean the units are at this storage facility. I do have an inside temp controlled unit so I can’t speak for the outside units, but the driveways throughout are impeccable. I’ve never experienced such a clean storage facility. You’d think it would cost a fortune for a unit at a facility that is kept up so well. That does require man hours and labor after all. Shockingly it’s more than affordable. It’s literally the lowest I’ve ever paid and all of my previous units at other facilities have been outside units. The neighborhood of this location is well kept also. I’ve had my beautiful unit for a few months now. Much to my surprise I have not had a increase is my monthly rate. WooHoo!
I did however have a difficult time with the paperwork though. Being in the midst of COVID there was no access to the office. Everything had to be filled out online and specifically on a computer. I didn’t have access to my computer as it had been packed up for weeks. I was able to do much of it on my phone but not without challenges. Also, at this time the option to setup auto-pay wasn’t available. This resulted in a late fee after my first month. I’m not sure how I missed the memo regarding the part that you have to register your unit on there website before you can setup auto-pay. I thought I had set it up when I paid my deposit. Apparently not. Regardless, I’m still very please with the facility and my air conditioned unit. Oh! They even have a cart inside that you can utilize to move your stuff inside. How nice is that? Pretty darn nice!
I highly recommend Storage West at this particular location.
(June 10, 2020, 11:12 pm)Our experience at Storage West East Mesa has been very good. Bill is very easy to work with and has done a great job working with us on move in dates. The facility is very clean and access key pads work like they should.We would recommend to anyone who needs a storage place.

(March 26, 2019, 8:06 pm)I frequent this Starbucks. I work PT in the mall, and it is so nice to order my drink on the app and pick it up on my way to work. The staff is AWESOME and friendly. Several times they've offered, almost insisted, on remaking my drink if they feel it has sat a minute or two too long. My order is always perfection.
