“This is an update to my original post about the Air Machine owned by National Air Of Texas. I made 3 separate attempts to get air and lost money all 3 times. I contacted the number on the air machine each time before leaving the machine and left a voice mail with the location of the machine, my name and address. Honestly I never expected to see any refund and after the 3rd time I was not coming back. My 1st lost was October 11th I believe. On Friday 11-25 I received a card in the mail with an apology and a crisp 1 dollar bill along with 2 quarters taped inside the card and on Saturday 11-26 I received the 2nd. I'd like to say thank you to NAOT for their high level of Customer Care. Like I said, I never expected to see a refund. So I just put air in all 4 tires at the Speedy Express and the machine worked great. A company or for that fact anyone who takes accountability and makes amends is someone I will continue to have a relationship with.”

“Holy crap, this company is awesome. I called them in for an eclectic set of repairs. I had a hole in my ceiling from a plumbing repair and water damage from the leak, a window that would not open, a solar screen that had fallen out, a dryer vent that was kinked it wouldn't work, and a sink that is pulled away from the wall. They were booked out weeks in advance so it took them 3 weeks to show up, but when they did they completed all of the repairs in less than two hours for less than what I had been quoted for just the ceiling hole. I have a white board with numbers of places that do good work when I've needed them for that I'll have them for the future, and this place went up on it immediately.”

“The atmosphere is very inviting and not too crowded. Order setting is available and very comfortable. The server was polite, professional and informative. The pizza was fantastic. I have had pizza from wood fired ovens however this was my first time eating pizza from a customer fired oven. There was no overwhelming smoke taste, just a natural smokey hint. The pizza was consistent throughout and not soggy in the middle and dry on the edges. We completely enjoyed our visit and will bring guests in the future.”
