This place in comparison to the other apartments around Houston is considerably safe. They have a cop at night to give you comfort. The rent is affordable.. I have been living here for almost one year. The receptionist and property manager are quick to resolve any issues I have. The neighbors are good. I have amazon leave stuff at my front door and never got anything stolen..”

“Just had my truck towed into the shop on a recommendation from my neighbor. The tow truck came super fast, which was awesome. Hao, the manager, is awesome. He gave me a fast quote and a great price. They actually had to replace my whole engine. He found me the engine himself and they really did a fantastic job. He ended up doing a lot of work for me, and did a really great job. I will be coming back with my car to get the AC fixed, and he'll be my car guy from now on.”
