“First time going here and loved it! I’ve gone to many car washes all around Houston and have either been charged a arm and a leg for mediocre basic service or something has been stolen from me. I have not cleaned my car in 6 months so I decided it was time to give in and get my baby cleaned. I was not disappointed in the service. The manager who takes your request is so sweet and smiles not stop. My car is spotless! Let’s not forget how cheap they are. I’ve paid $40-50 for a car wash only to still see dirt visible and rude customer service. $16 for them to clean my car! Not one of those drive your car through the automated wash and they dry it off when it comes out. From beginning to end they hand washed my baby and made her sparkle again. Even got the nasty little bugs off the front of my car from being in the country. I’ll be back!”

“My Dad was at HSH for most of 2019 - until his passing - & I could not have been more pleased. We had already spent several years at two other highly rated but less-than-adequate facilities. Hospice recommended HSH (they see them all), so we moved him early in 2019. Rolando (the owner) was very flexible & made the move process simple. Cristina & her staff immediately welcomed Dad & provided the most loving, competent care I could have asked for. Not only was the facility clean & the care superb, the staff doted on Dad, kidded with him, & always maintained his dignity. Cristina is simply the best - she competently managed every aspect of Dad's care & kept me fully informed. I visited often, & always found him clean & well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HSH to anyone looking for the best, most loving care for their family member. My only regret is that I didn't know about HSH much sooner!”

“If you purchase a clothes dryer here they charge $15.00 for the dryer hose. In my opinion it should come with it. You will not be informed of that transaction until they get ready to set it up. I bought a used dryer. Cannot complain about it. Works great. The guys were very polite and helpful. When I saw the dryer hose I thought I was getting a new one, No cost $15.00. I used my old one. Delivery is plenty high to cover that. This company needs to add that transaction on their advertisement on the internet and also put it in writing on the contract. Other than that all is well.”
