“I have been to this shop (Kirkwood) a total of 4 times, and each time I left there satisfied and feeling like a valued customer. When I text them to get a quote on a style, they have always been honest, and will let you know if they are unable to achieve the desired style. And they keep their word on the quote. Ophelia has done my hair twice and she is very professional. I had one encounter with a shorter lady, when I went to get a touch up. When I arrived on time, they told me I had to wait. I said fine. But then she told me I could save time if I took the braids out myself while I waited. I asked if they would still charge me the full $70 if I took my own hair out. She got an attitude and started speaking her native language then walked away. That was rude! When I go to a restaurant, I don't expect the chef to ask me to season my own meat before he cook it. It's the same concept. As long as I don't have to deal with her again, I'll keep coming back ????”

“I was a little hesitant to walk in here for a $5 haircut but it was pretty good! I do a simple 1 on the sides and back faded into a 7 on top and I was fairly impressed with how much time the lady spent on it, I was expecting a 5 minute military treatment. I spent $10 total after a tip and still walked out paying about 50% less than places like sports clips. Definitely would recommend to any guy looking for a simple fade cut!”
