Medalist Performance Advanced Tactical Athlete Strength and Conditioning (A-TASC) training program is by far the best and most successful, with that being said one must understand that you get out of it what your willing to put into it. For example if you put in 100% effort you will see results as well as feel them. If your willing to put forth the effort, time and have the discipline to follow instructions that Lealem provides you will be amazed.
