Carter's BBQ & Greens

Great service and delicious bbq. Im normally not a fan of chicken or turkey but both were excellent as was the brisket.

Update: the burnt ends and brisket are to die for.

I orderd ribs. JUST RIBS. They are fantastic. The flavor lets you really celebrate the pork rib. They are full ribs, and really well trimmed. Smoke ring was evident, and they were individually cut for the trip home. Smelling them in the car, I knew they would not last. Meat was perfectly cooked. The sauce provided support, not detraction. Others were very interested in the beans and the potato salad, but ... Oh, and the jalapeno sausage looked really good. Might go for some next time. GREAT barbeque.

I just moved into the neighborhood and THIS BBQ should have been listed as a perk of living in this community! EVERYTHING is good , I haven’t tried dessert but I’m sure that’s good too! Boudain, fatty brisket (or lean) and a MEAN bbq potato at least every other week or more! Price point is on POINT too. Stop reading go now!

Great barbecue and really really good greens! My girl and I stop at least once a week here. The mom and son that run this Set up are super nice people And they give great customer service. We highly recommend to stop by and get some Great barbecue and fantastic greens!

Omg. This is the real deal. Beef Potatoes out control. This will be my favorite BBQ place to eat moving forward. Thank you for the owner and her mom. Very respectful and polite.
