I was in college and I needed an external hard drive asap! I planned to purchase overnight shipping so I could get it faster. I didn't realize they were based in Houston, but they saw that I was just up the road. They called me and said it would be just as fast and cheaper to just send it at the standard shipping rate. I felt like they really had my back! Returning customer for sure!
