Knowledgeable and current on new technology. Employees are courteous, professional, & leave work area clean. We chose this company due to their immediate identification of issues (antiquated, high maintenance system) installed by prior contractor which came with house 10 years ago. Fine Tuning had some excellent suggestions on how to remedy.
We now have a system which always works, eliminating prior issues with system going out at the most inopportune times.

I called about a 90 inch tv that had went out and was shooting a error code. By the end of the first conversation the parts were ordered and appointment was set JUST BY OVER THE PHONE CONVERSATION. These guys know exactly what they are doing and not to mention they do it FAST. By the time I sat down at my desk a good 15 minutes they were done and ready to reinstall the tv back on the wall. Great job guys ????
