The Soccer Field, playground, gyms, and pools make this complex really fun to live at, the complex is always active and the the people that live here are friendly and keep to themselves. “If you have a Mini Cooper this is the absolute BEST shop to go to. Edward and his team are fantastic, they love cars, and it shows in their work. I took my newly bought used Mini to them and they did a complete OBD diagnostic scan on it, raised it up and inspected it top to bottom, and then made suggestions based on their findings while showing me WHY he made those suggestions. They carry top of the line parts because that's what they put in their cars. I wound up following his recommendations and am glad I did. I still smile every time I drive! I got a new turbo, a downpipe, and an ECU tune. Looking forward to when they get a dyno installed! Again, Top Notch service and friendly folks. Best around!”

“My mom has lived in Bayou Vista now for over a year. The staff has been wonderful to her and she has made friends with many of them. My sister and I are her primary visitors and we have had few issues with her care. Generally, she has been well-cared for needing 24/7 assistance and nursing. The only real issue is they seem to be terribly short staffed on the weekends. As the year has progressed there is a noticeable decline in staff overall. Eagle’s Trace is one of the better places in Houston for elder care. I can’t imagine what it is like in some of the less appealing facilities.”
