“My favorite place to live by far, very welcoming community and great office staff. Maintenance is surprisingly responsive and always gets what i need fixed fixed. The Soccer Field, playground, gyms, and pools make this complex really fun to live at, the complex is always active and the the people that live here are friendly and keep to themselves. The food trucks they bring are a nice touch too. ;)”

“New tenant here! The application process and everything was so great and smooth. Applied on a Thursday and got approved the next day, that’s how fast and easy the process was! Chris helped us and was very responsive and informative when it came to any questions we had. The leasing team Chris & Dana are very friendly and welcoming. The communication here so far is great and I’m really looking forward to my new apartment. Also, it is such a great location, Whole Foods, HEB, and Kroger all within a 5min drive or less.”

“So far my experience living here at The Ranch at Shadow Lake has been great, anytime I have needed anything fixed they have always been here to fix things in a in a timely manner. Maintenance guys are soo awesome and friendly. They did change management shortly after I moved here, in August 2022, and they have been wonderful with anything that I have needed to inquire about. It is now May 24,2022. I will update my comment near my 1 year mark.”

The staff was fantastic, amenities above the competition, and apartments well appointed with modern kitchens. I supposed to relocate from San Antonio to Houston but my plans changed last minute. I was impressed how understanding the staff was just couple days prior moving in. I highly recommend checking this community out and giving the staff an opportunity to earn your business. “I moved here from another state. These apartments exceeded my expectations. If I need something fixed they handle it ASAP. I like that I can pay my rent online. There’s also a free fitness center and pool. I don’t have roach problems never saw one. My neighbors are quiet. During the day the parking lot is empty because everybody is at work. In the evening people are walking around working out. Nobody is hanging out. Apartments are surrounded by stores and not far from memorial mall and Katy. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because at night it you come in 8pm or later good luck finding a parking spot. I don’t mind walking. But they had some car break ins recently so I like to park close to my apartment building if I get in late. Either than that nice apartments”

“So me and my Wife were looking at apartments in the Energy Corridor and by far this is one of our favorite properties in the area. Ashford Lakes definitely feels homey in every way possible. We can see ourselves moving here once we finish Apartment shopping. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Specifically Ms. Regina is the BEST! She went over and beyond to ensure that all our questions were answered! She really sealed the deal on us feeling comfortable choosing Ashford Lakes as one of the top apartments on our list! If we move here we definitely will be more than satisfied with our choice.”

“I was relocating from Dallas to Houston for a job transfer I was worried reading all the reviews but I knew if I had faith in God everything will be okay the leasing agents and the maintenance staff have been nothing but kind, professionaland hard-working my apartment came with the new carpet a new stove and refrigerator I have no roaches in my apartment and building is pretty quiet the only negative thing I have to say is that yes there is furniture and some trash the residents leave for the maintenance staff to clean up and a lot of residents don't pick up after their dog. I think one of my neighbors smoke marijuana because I can smell it through my vents. They turned the old pool into a dog park.”

“absolutely love this place. the front office staff was very nice and helpful from the very beginning. any maintenance issues get resolved quickly. roommates and I have already decided on renewing our lease 2 months in. highly recommend living here. The entire front office staff is phenomenal, but ask to speak with Alyson Campbell. She was the one who handled all my roommates and paperwork, emails, phone calls etc. Very helpful, and professional and made the entire process quick and easy for us.”
